Do I need to speak any Dutch for this training? ▼

No, the entire training is conducted in English. However, we do cover essential Dutch emergency terms (like calling 112) that you might need in a real emergency situation in the Netherlands.

How many EROs does my company need? ▼

Dutch law requires a minimum of 1 ERO per 25 employees, with at least 1 ERO present at all times during working hours. For shift work or large facilities, you may need more. We can advise on your specific situation.

Is the training different from Dutch BHV training? ▼

The content is identical - it's the same official curriculum. The only difference is that our training is delivered in English by native English-speaking instructors, with all materials in English.

How long is the certificate valid? ▼

The NIBHV certificate is valid for 1 year. After that, you must complete an annual refresher course (also available in English) to renew your certification and stay compliant with Dutch law.

Can we get in-company training for our international team? ▼

Yes, we regularly conduct in-company ERO training in English at multinational companies throughout the Netherlands. This is often more cost-effective and convenient for teams of 8 or more people.

What if I already have first aid certification from another country? ▼
